  • What makes Broad & Co Boutique candles special?
    Imagine a candle that burns longer, cleaner, and brighter and is delivered to your door - a piece of luxury that also cares for the planet. That’s what we offer at Broad & Co Boutique. Hand-poured with eco-friendly coconut soy wax, our candles are designed to transform any space into a haven of relaxation and elegance.
  • What’s inside each subscription?
    Every month, we curate a luxurious experience just for you. Basic: A large candle and a soap or bath salt pack to elevate your self-care. Deluxe: All of the above, plus a car diffuser - luxury that travels with you. Exclusive: Two large candles, room spray, and a rotating luxury item for those who want it all.
  • What’s the “Scent of the Month”?
    Each month, we unveil a new fragrance inspired by the season or a special theme. Think blooming florals in spring or warm spices for the holidays. It’s a surprise treat, exclusive to subscribers.
  • Can I make changes to my subscription?
    Of course! You’re the storyteller here. Adjust scents (don't like a particular type, let us know and we have alternate options), skip a month, or upgrade at any time. Your subscription grows with your lifestyle.
  • When will I receive my box?
    Your subscription box is shipped out between the 7th and 10th of every month. Imagine the excitement of opening a package filled with handcrafted luxury, month after month.
  • Where do you ship?
    Right now, we deliver across Australia. And we’re working on expanding - so keep an eye out for updates!
  • What about shipping costs?
    Good news - shipping is on us for all subscription tiers. For one-time purchases, we calculate shipping at checkout to keep it simple.
  • Can I create custom gift packs?
    Absolutely. Send us a message and we will put together a bespoke pack whether it’s a thank-you for someone special or a treat for yourself, you can build a custom gift pack from our range of products.
  • Can I personalise my candle?
    Not Yet... Soon! We have a range of custom options we are looking to implement as we believe a candle should reflect your story.
  • What do I do with empty jars?
